The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to:

Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. What youll need to succeed

Previousexperience in retail management, ideally 1+years Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional) Your Rewards & Benefits
